  2. We do not own or directly sell/rent properties listed on the website. All transactions are strictly between the concerned parties.

  3. We may provide property details, photographs, pricing, and related information, but we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of such information.

3. User Responsibilities

  1. Users must provide true, accurate, and updated details while registering or listing properties.

  2. Users shall not post unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent information.

  3. All property transactions must comply with applicable Indian laws, including RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) guidelines and local housing laws of Delhi NCR.

  4. Users are solely responsible for verifying property ownership, legal clearances, and background checks before entering into agreements.

4. Buying & Renting Conditions

  1. For Buyers/Tenants

    • Conduct independent due diligence regarding property documents, pricing, builder reputation, and rental/ownership rights.

    • Understand that StepToHome.com does not provide guarantees on title clearance, possession, or returns.

    • Enter into written agreements/contracts with sellers/landlords before making payments.

  2. For Sellers/Landlords

    • Adhere to applicable state stamp duty, registration, and tax laws.

5. Fees & Payments

  3. Property purchase/rental transactions are strictly between buyer and seller/landlord; StepToHome.com is not responsible for disputes or payment defaults.

    • Fraudulent listings or misrepresentation by users.

    • Property disputes, encumbrances, or hidden charges.

    • Any financial loss, legal issues, or damages arising from property transactions.

  2. Users agree to indemnify StepToHome.com against all claims, disputes, or liabilities arising from their property dealings.

7. Intellectual Property
